Community and wellness cards
Membership and program cards for wellness, community, or benefits programs, kept current without a reprint.
Deliver updateable passes through Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, without asking anyone to download another app. Built for the non-clinical programs a medical center runs every day.
A 20 minute walkthrough, built around your use case. No slides.
Digital credentials should be easier for your community and safer for your team, from the first conversation onward.
Physical cards and printed credentials are easy to lose and expensive to reissue and mail again.
Program, eligibility, or access details can change after a credential is printed, so what people carry falls out of date.
Manual updates pile work on staff, and how data is accessed and handled is under scrutiny from day one.
We use only the fields required for the pass, distribute through channels you approve, and update passes without reissuing them.
Bring the approved fields in by CSV upload, SFTP, Zapier, or our API. Your systems of record stay exactly where they are.
Start from a template, add your branding, and choose the non-clinical fields that appear on the front and back.
People add it in one tap. From then on you update approved details, expire, or revoke a pass whenever you need.
The value is not a nicer looking card. It is a credential that stays correct on its own, and a channel your team controls.
Change a status, an eligibility date, or an access level and it updates on every pass you have issued, instantly. No reprinting, no reissuing, and no one at a desk holding a credential that no longer matches your records.
See it with your own workflow →When a program detail, a time, or an appointment changes, send it straight from the pass a person already holds. Your team gets the reach of an app without building or maintaining one, and without another login to manage.
See it with your own workflow →Drop a download link into email, SMS, or a secure link in your existing workflow. We detect whether the person is on iOS or Android, pull the approved details from your records, and build the pass automatically.
See it on a demo →Pick the programs that fit your center. Each pass carries only the fields you approve.
