Will this work with the systems we already use?
Very likely. You can bring approved data in through CSV uploads, SFTP, Zapier, or our API, so it fits the workflow your team already runs. We confirm the right integration method with you during discovery.
Do people have to download an app?
No. Passes live in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, which are already installed on their phones. They tap a link and the pass is saved. If someone prefers, a print at home version is available instead.
Does this replace our EHR or CRM?
No. This is not a system of record and it is not for clinical data. Your existing systems stay exactly where they are. We read the approved, non-clinical fields you already keep, turn them into a pass, and send updates back out.
What can appear on the pass?
Non-clinical information only, such as a name, a program or membership, a member or badge ID, dates, a barcode or QR code for approved check-in, and benefit or access details. Clinical records and protected health information are never placed on the pass.
Is our data secure?
Yes. The platform is Cyber Essentials certified and GDPR ready, and security and responsible data handling are central to how each pass is designed. We work through exactly what data is used, how administrators access the platform, how data moves through your chosen integration, and how updates and revocation are handled, and we confirm any healthcare-specific requirements with your team during discovery.
How long does setup take?
Most teams are up and running within a few days. More involved setups can take a few weeks, depending on your team's availability, the integration, and how much you are customizing. There is nothing to install and no app to ship.
